We aspire to be a quality specialist centre and this would require committed and passionate staffs who believe that they can make a difference in these special lives and truly enjoy working with them despite the disabilities and challenges.

We believe that our staffs are the greatest asset and one we cannot do without. Hence, we invest in our staffs' professional development in order to empower them to impact our pupils.

Aliaa Azura binti Anwar Batcha (Senior Teacher)

Aliaa Anwar has a Bachelor of Psychology from University of Bangor, Wales. She has more than 5 years of experience working with children with special needs. Having worked as ABA therapist and working with young children with autism, she realized that her passion in special education has grown even more and hence, confirmed her career and pursuit in this field. Also, she has garnered her Diploma of Learning Disorder Management and Child Psychology at College of Allied Educator. She also obtained Autism Certificate from IBCCES (Singapore).
Currently, she is studying for her Masters in Early Childhood at UNITAR. She is very passionate about children development and growth; and believes that effective early intervention and parent training are fundamental to the child's journey to recovery.

Priya Mohan (Teacher)

Priya graduated with a degree in BA (English Literature). She has many years of experience in teaching children. With the in-house training on handling students with different learning needs, she is now more equipped and confident. She enjoys working with young children. To further her professional development in education, she is currently planning to pursue her study in Master program.


Kaliammah graduated in Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) Psychology from University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). Upon graduation, she is interested to work with children with special needs and to learn more about them. She plans to further her study in Child Development.


Eliza graduated in Foundation in Arts and Social Science from University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). Then, she continued her study in UTAR, in which she completed Bachelor’s degree of Social Science in Psychology. Eliza has a passion for teaching and helping children with special needs, with the goal to help them in dealing with their difficulties in their daily life. She enjoys working with the children.

Suseema Nawamalika (Senior SpEd Teacher)

Suseema (fondly known as Teacher Suue) has obtained a Bachelor Degree in Education from the University of Karnataka, India. She embarked into the field of education initially as a Cambridge Mathematics teacher in a secondary school. She soon realized her true passion as a special needs teacher, which sparked the beginning of a meaningful career in special education.

Having worked for eight years as a special needs teacher and as a coordinator in an International School and also as an invigilator in British Council, she has developed passion and expertise in lesson planning, assessment and evaluation of students. Additionally, she also garnered a Diploma in Special Education along with several other qualifications (e.g. Montessori Method of Education and Practical Training, Certificate in Counselling) for continuous learning and training especially when dealing with children with learning difficulties.

Suzie Siam (EIP Therapist)

Suzie Siam is an Occupational Therapist with a Diploma of Occupational Therapy from MARA University of technology (UITM). She enjoys working with young children, in small EIP group and individual therapy sessions. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy in UiTM on part-time basis to further develop her skills and knowledge.
